Staples is a European company with more than 1,000 employees in 13 countries. An environment was needed for 35 organizations from which a financial report could arise. The aim of this project was to connect the 25 source systems to a European data platform. Silkrope was responsible for this.
Today, more and more companies want to become a data-driven company. Blokker was one of them. In this project, 25 systems had to be linked to a central database. The purpose of this was to gather information faster and more efficiently.
The information was reported using the Pyramid BI tool. The reports contain KPIs of the organization, with which the various board members and departments could determine their strategy.
Cash register projects have been carried out at various customers. At one customer we only replace the cash register at the other customer’s entire network. We can mean something for every Retail customer.
We have replaced the cash registers in all Dutch stores for Scapino. Replacing a cash register is not much, but it is if the store only has 1 cash register and the store is open for customers at the same time. Thanks to our project management and coordination skills, we have succeeded in providing all stores with a new cash register in a short period of time.
